Bumble Bee not to return

Apparently because of an accident bumble bee will not be in the Third movie Transformers: The Dark of the Moon No one was Injured according to CBS news.  :(  Bumble bee was so awesome. Can't they do somthing to maybe change Bumble bee or somthing. I mean c'mon he was the best transformer ever. This wasn't the first time this happened though.
